Product Overview

Tea companies rarely want to cut hibiscus themselves: cutting creates dust, needs screening equipment and ties up production time. Our Tea-Bag Cut (TBC) Hibiscus is prepared in Nigeria from the same Grade A calyces we export whole, passed through a cutting mill and vibrating sieves to a specified particle range, then aspirated to remove fines.

The standard cut is 1–4 mm, which runs well on most tea-bag and pyramid-bag machines, but we can screen to narrower bands — for example 2–3 mm for single-chamber bags or a coarser 4–8 mm "fine cut" for loose herbal blends. Tell us your sieve specification and we match it. [Confirm the cut sizes you can produce and your cutting capacity per month.]
