How We Specify Dried Hibiscus

Every quotation is accompanied by a specification sheet covering whole-calyx content, admixture, moisture, colour, total and acid-insoluble ash, together with the food-safety limits of your market — microbiology, pesticide residues and heavy metals — and the phytosanitary treatment your destination requires. Figures are confirmed per shipment by accredited laboratory analysis and NAQS inspection and, at the buyer's request, by third-party inspection.

We prefer to agree a specification in writing before sourcing starts rather than publish generic figures. This protects both parties and ensures the cargo matches your process and clears your border.
