Hibiscus Flower Powder
Clean Grade A calyces milled to a fine, free-flowing powder for instant beverage mixes, natural food colouring, bakery and confectionery, smoothie and supplement formulations.
Product Overview
Hibiscus powder is the fastest-growing format in the roselle trade. Beverage brands use it for instant and ready-to-drink mixes, bakers and confectioners for a natural pink-red colour with a tart note, and supplement companies for capsules and sachets. Powder is also the most space-efficient way to ship hibiscus: a container of powder carries roughly twice the calyx equivalent of whole flowers.
Our Hibiscus Flower Powder is milled from the same sifted Grade A calyces we export whole, so there are no stems, seeds or dust in the raw material. Standard mesh is 60–80; finer or coarser grinds are available. Because powder is more sensitive to moisture and light than whole flowers, we pack it in food-grade PE-lined bags immediately after milling. [Confirm mesh sizes, milling arrangement (own mill or contract mill) and monthly capacity.]
